Spanish Chicken Stew With Black Olives

Heating Instructions:

Oven temperatures can vary, you may need to adjust heating times accordingly. Meal will be very hot, be careful to avoid burns.

OVEN: Cook from frozen. Heat for 20 minutes at 180c (fan forced). Stand for 2 minutes.
MICROWAVE: Remove lid, cover, and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes (if thawed), or if frozen heat for 5 minutes, stir and heat for another 1-2 minutes, or until heated throughout. Stand for 2 minutes.


Keep frozen for up to 4 months. Defrost for even heating, once defrosted use within 2 days.
