- Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees Celsius
- Line a 9 x 5 loaf tin with baking paper
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the large mixing bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently to just combine.
- Pour mixture into the baking tin and place in the oven.
- Allow to cook for 50-60 minutes or until browned on top and cooked all the way through (test by sticking a skewer or fork into the centre, and when it comes out clean, it should be cooked).
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Slice loaf into 10 slices and store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container.
