I joined the BBN program in November 2015, with my 50th birthday approaching at Christmas I was determined to get my body back into shape. I am 168.3cm tall and then weighed 68.3kgs, after completing the 3month program I now weigh 62.4kgs. I am delighted with the results, in particular my body shape, I have lost 3.3kgs of my trunk, the part of my body which annoyed me the most.
All of the staff in the West Leederville office have been amazing, they truly believe in what they are doing and live and breathe the program. They encouraged me every step of the way and most importantly have equipped me with the skills and knowledge on how to eat and drink (alcohol) properly. This will stay with me for the rest of my life!
My colleagues at work, family and friends have all commented on my ‘new look’. I have loads more energy and am able to wear clothes that I never would have worn before.
My husband was so impressed with my results that he too joined the program. He is 171.6cm in height and weighed 99.9kgs. He signed up for the 6month program and now (March 2016) with 3 months left on the program weighs 92kgs and continues to loose pure fat, not muscle.
The program fits in well with our busy lifestyle and makes the shopping list much more manageable.
