2 years ago I developed chronic fatigue and the GP offered no real solution to regain my health except to rest when necessary. I went to BBN after researching the net and to be frank they have restored my health. 12 months on I am 12 kg lighter and I eat the most rich array of healthy foods.
I am now working on restoring my fitness as I would like to walk the Camino trail.
