I came to body balancing on the recommendation of a friend. I am 51 years old and I had noticed over the past few years that it had become increasingly difficult to keep my weight stable- I was adding a kilo to my weight each year which doesn’t sound a lot but it adds up. My energy levels were also very up and down in a day. I decided I could either spend the money on buying bigger clothes or on losing the weight and keeping it off and feeling good about my size. I chose the latter. I have really valued the proof-based approach to weight loss and eating. I find the eating plan very user-friendly and sustainable long term. I also find it helpful to check in every month with the dietician and it is a bonus to get some money back through my health care fund.
