“I Have Tried ALL of the Fad Diets That Are Out There, BUT Never Again!”

I have been struggling with an injury for over a year and as a result I have not been able to exercise and found myself steadily gaining weight. I tried to compromise by eating less on a very restricted diet, but the weight gain continued and I constantly felt lethargic and miserable.

I stumbled across the Body Balancing Nutrition website one day when I was trying to Google a good ‘healthy eating plan’. They were offering a free consult and I thought why not?

It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself.  I was nervous about going, but the staff are all so lovely and welcoming and made me feel instantly comfortable.

Tanya took me for my initial consult and helped me to understand why I was gaining weight and that I actually needed to eat more. Ashleigh was my nutritionist for my subsequent sessions; she is extremely knowledgeable, kind and easy to confide in. It was great to be able to talk to someone about my goals, and get customized health and nutrition in a program that suits your lifestyle and makes those goals achievable.

I have tried ALL of the fad diets that are out there, but never again! Ashleigh has now taught me to fuel my body with good fats, carbs and proteins using the BBN program and I am excited at how far I have come in such a relatively small amount of time. It has trained me how to eat properly for the rest of my life and allowed me the freedom to not have to worry about my weight.

I have recommended BBN to my friends and family, and as they see my progress, they are signing up as well.
