“It’s Amazing How Well I Felt Only Two Weeks In…”

With so many views on diet and nutrition I was constantly jumping from one fad diet to the next which I could never sustain. In June 2016 I was ready for a change, one that would stick and work.

Ashleigh is a great nutritionist and has a wealth of knowledge about what and when to eat. It was amazing how good I felt after two weeks in. I went from eating three times a day to six so I was always satisfied. If I ever slipped up and ate badly for a meal I was never worried about telling Ashleigh and she never made me feel guilty.

For me it wasn’t necessarily about losing weight, although it was needed, it was more about learning how to fuel my body correctly and no longer getting swayed by quick fix fad diets. With the help of Ashleigh and the Body Balancing Nutrition team I now know how to do this.
