I would recommend the program to all. It is intelligent and effective.
I came to the BBN system mid-year 2020 and have lost 9 of my 14 kg goal.
The thing I liked most about the system was, I wasn’t asked to deprive myself of food. Rather I was told to eat more often in order to help my metabolism but eat smarter. Eat better foods that will help keep the calories down.
I also think the discipline of having a body scan periodically to check my weight and other factors is a very good incentive to achieve my goal of weight loss.
I obviously feel much better now that I am heading back to my healthy weight recommended by my doctor. I supplement my healthier condition with half an hour on my treadmill every night of the week with an additional 5km walk on Saturdays and Sundays.
