1 cup unsweetened almond milk (F)
1/2 Tbsp coconut yoghurt (F)
1 tsp chia seeds (F)
1/2 cup mixed berries (C)
1/2 cup blueberries (C)
2 Tbsp protein powder (P)
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender
Blend all ingredients together until it becomes a smooth consistency
