Chia & Berry Breakfast Shake

For 1 Block, divide into 2 serves For 2 Blocks, have the whole serve

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (F)
  • 1/2 Tbsp coconut yoghurt (F)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (F)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (C)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (C)
  • 2 Tbsp protein powder (P)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender
  • Blend all ingredients together until it becomes a smooth consistency
