We review your current routines around meals, hydration, movement, and medications to identify what’s working and what needs improvement to better support your energy and independence.
Our InBody 570 scan gives a snapshot of your current health. We assess fat mass, muscle, hydration, and visceral fat to guide your support plan and help monitor your progress over time.
Based on your needs, we create a practical plan that’s easy to follow. It includes meal suggestions, daily structure tips, and guidance to help you feel stronger, more energetic, and in control of your health.

What NDIS services does Body Balancing Nutrition offer?
We provide nutrition consultations, health planning, education around food prep, and assistance with achieving wellbeing goals for both plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Can I access this support under my NDIS plan?
Yes. If your plan includes Core Supports or Capacity Building under ‘Improved Health and Wellbeing,’ you may be eligible. We’re happy to help you or your coordinator understand your options.
Do I need a referral to access services?
No referral is needed. You or your support coordinator can contact us directly to arrange an initial free session and discuss how we can support your goals.
How often are sessions scheduled?
We tailor session frequency to your needs. Some clients check in weekly, others monthly. We work with your budget and support team to ensure consistency without overwhelm.
Do you report progress to my support coordinator?
Absolutely. We provide simple, clear reports with measurable outcomes and recommendations that help support teams track improvements and adjust care plans as needed.
