  • Invest in Quality Containers: Invest in good-quality, airtight containers that are freezer and microwave-safe. This helps with portion control and keeps food fresh longer. 
  • Prep in Stages: Break the prep process into stages. For example, chop all your veggies first, then move on to cooking proteins, and finally assemble meals. 
  • Store Smartly: Store food in portion-sized containers to grab and go. Label containers with dates to track freshness.
